Express Service - The fastest, most convenient method of requesting maintenance service, Express Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. You get immediate feedback on your request, the ability to track your request and superior performance from building personnel.

Eservus Concierge - Eservus is Redcliff's online concierge service where you can purchase a variety of services or tickets to popular events and attractions. Take advantage of many discounts and access to great seats, plus email updates of the latest offers. You only have to register once and then you're all set.

Office Leasing - Redcliff provides an in-house team of leasing professionals ready to assist tenants with their leasing needs. From office moves to changes in space requirements, the leasing representatives at Redcliff can provide strategic solutions.

Redcliff Informer - Redcliff tenants receive a semi-annual newsletter that contains a variety of articles including topical issues, a tenant profile, new initiatives launched by Redcliff, and articles of interest such as health and safety and recipes.

Rent Express - Redcliff now offers most tenants a convenient way to pay their monthly rent. Register once and you’re all set. Every month, a pre-authorized fixed amount will be deducted from your account automatically.

Tenant Manual - Find out everything you need to know about your building including important contact information and safety procedures through the Tenant Manual. The tenant manual will be available in 2005.

1-877 REDCLIFF - A national, toll-free number, 1-877-REDCLIFF (1-877-733-2543) is available for all Redcliff tenants to use for after hours business service. The line is answered by a professional agency, which then directs the call to the appropriate contact person at each building.

Tenant Events - Tenants at many of our properties enjoy complimentary events including summer barbecues, holiday receptions and additional gifts and giveaways at various times throughout the year.

RISKCHECK - This is the world's first fully integrated Internet-based, safety, health and environmental risk management system. Redcliff uses RiskCheck to ensure that we remain compliant with health and safety legislation.
