Redcliff Realty Management is extremely pleased to have received a Certificate of Excellence award for 277 Wellington Street West in Toronto and 2425 Matheson Blvd. E. in Mississauga.

The awards reception and dinner took place at the Liberty Grand in Toronto on April 22, 2010. The Certificate of Excellence awards recognize quality in buildings and excellence in property management.

277 Wellington Street West is a nine-storey, 108,000 square foot building built in 1991. It is located at the southeast corner of Blue Jays Way and Wellington Street West. Tenants include: CICA, Walters Forensic Engineering Inc., ICF Consulting Canada and Cora’s Breakfast and Lunch.

2425 Matheson Blvd. E. is a 9-storey, 187,614 square foot single tower Class ‘A’ office building. Tenants include: Regus, Research in Motion, Alcatel Lucent, Odyssey Financial Technologies, Skechers, Chrysler Financial and Marriot Hotels & Resorts.
